You already manage customer profiles in your marketplace. Techrar's customer profile and wallet features are optional - use them only if you want to leverage our customer management or wallet system.
Customer Management#
If you want to use Techrar's customer management system, these endpoints are available:Most sales channels manage customer profiles in their own systems and don't need these endpoints.
Customer Wallets (Optional)#
Techrar provides a built-in wallet system for customer credits and compensations.When to Use Wallets#
Complaint Compensations:
When complaints are resolved, compensation can be deposited to customer wallets automatically.Subscription Cancelation:
